Shipping policy

United States shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Free US shipping is available on every LymphDew order, with no minimum purchase, including subscription deliveries. Choose the Free US shipping option if checkout displays other delivery services. Address eligibility and available delivery methods are confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

The processing and delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to your order. Dates are estimates unless explicitly identified as guaranteed. An order is treated as shipped when the carrier receives the parcel.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking is available, we send it to the contact information supplied at checkout. Please enter a complete delivery address and contact us promptly if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delays and delivery issues

If tracking stalls, a delivered parcel cannot be found, or a shipment is returned to sender, contact us with your order number so we can review the carrier record. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will request your consent to a delay or provide cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law.

Taxes and returns

Applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout. Free outbound shipping does not change the return eligibility or return-shipping conditions in our Refund Policy.
